What incumbents get wrong
Three things, done properly.
API on every plan
REST for every object, signed webhooks with retries and a delivery log, keys you scope and revoke. Not a top-tier feature — the floor.
Fair licensing
Add seats, remove seats, downgrade, cancel. In the app, in a minute, credit applied. No call, no dark patterns.
A queue that keeps up
One screen, one Update, SLA timers you can read at a glance. Built for the agent who works in it all day, not the buyer who sees it once.
The product
Every timer visible. Every reply unmistakable.
Bars freeze where a target was met. A tick marks the warning threshold. Breached means breached.
Public or internal is the whole box, not a checkbox. Notes never email the requester — the code enforces it, and a test proves it.
API · Webhooks · Email
Every door open, on every plan.
curl https://solvey.io/api/v1/tickets \ -H "Authorization: Bearer sk_live_…" \ -d subject="Printer on floor 3 jams" \ -d priority=high
Tickets, comments, users, tags: everything the UI can do, the API can do. Keys per tenant, read-only or read-write, revocable.
Subscribe per event. Deliveries are HMAC-signed, retried with backoff, and logged where you can see them and resend them. Email in, email out — replies thread correctly in Gmail and Outlook.

Who answers
The person who wrote it.
Solvey is built and supported by its founder. When you write in, the reply comes from the person who wrote the code — usually the same day. That is not a support tier. It is how it works.
